Cutchogue Residence

The design intent was to convert the existing contemporary structure into a modern interpretation of the arts & crafts style. The residence is located on a bluff overlooking the Long Island sound. The design encourages water views to the north and vineyard views to the south, maximizing its vantage points in every room. The house also features a grand foyer with an elevator and a multi level wrap-around porch.
